		<description>When I&#039;ve had intermittent problems with Comcast I&#039;ve called them when the problem was happening, then they were able to see a problem from their end (basically, they couldn&#039;t communicate with my modem).   Luckily, when the guy came out and put his diagnostic equipment on the line, he was able to detect a problem as well--even through the service seemed to be operating normally at the time.

But, oh well.  Sounds like you&#039;re screwed--and moving on.</description>
